The property
Large open plan studio apartment with separate kitchen, bathroom and large terrace offering spectacular views of the fabulous crystal clear waters of the Cote d'Azur. The apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator access and is fully air-conditioned. It is fully equipped with a queen sized divan sofa bed, plus a full sized queen bed carefully hidden away. The apartment has been designed for maximum comfort with fridge, stove top, microwave, and washing machine, dryer, TV/cable and Stereo Hi-Fi. The apartment is on the Promenade des Anglais, Nice's most desirable address, as it affords the most spectacular views of the French Riviera. Walk to shops, bars and local restaurants, bakeries, fruit and vegetable stores, etc. The beautiful boutiques and splendid shopping areas of the pedestrian zone of Nice are a short stroll away, as is Old Nice with its fine dining and weekly outdoor markets.

The property is available all year round and the rentals are as follows:

Low Season (January, February, March, November & December)

Mid Season (April, May and October)

There is a small surcharge of 30 euros, 30 dollars or 20 pounds sterling for the use of sheets, towels, linens and the cleaning thereof upon departure. All other incidentals such as gas, electricity, water and the use of the air conditioning are included in the price of the weekly rental.
