Bright, spacious fourth floor studio apartment, with elevator, in the heart of Nice. Ideal for a couple who want a relaxing vacation where they can walk to the main attractions Nice has to offer. The historic Old Town of Nice is a leisurely 15 minute stroll away.
On your way there you pass the beautiful flowers, fruit and vegetable market surrounded by bustling bars and restaurants. You can be strolling on the famous Promenade des Anglais in five minutes with access to all the beautifully maintained beaches. If shopping is your thing you are just a few minutes from the pedestrian shopping area with its offering of boutiques and restaurants. The apartment is air-conditioned and opens onto a small balcony that is flooded by sunlight during the day. The balcony overlooks the historic Boulevard Victor Hugo shaded on both sides by lovely old trees. From the balcony you see across to the historic Eglise Reformee de France and a small palm tree shaded park.

The property is available all year round and the rentals are as follows:

Low Season (January, February, March, November & December)

Mid Season (April, May and October)

There is a small surcharge of 30 euros, 30 dollars or 20 pounds sterling for the use of sheets, towels, linens and the cleaning thereof upon departure. All other incidentals such as gas, electricity, water and the use of the air conditioning are included in the price of the weekly rental.
