The property
Large open plan studio apartment with separate kitchen, bathroom and large terrace offering spectacular views of the fabulous crystal clear waters of the Cote d'Azur. The apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator access and is fully air-conditioned. It is fully equipped with a queen sized divan sofa bed, plus a full sized queen bed carefully hidden away. The apartment has been designed for maximum comfort with fridge, stove top, microwave, and washing machine, dryer, TV/cable and Stereo Hi-Fi. The apartment is on the Promenade des Anglais, Nice's most desirable address, as it affords the most spectacular views of the French Riviera. Walk to shops, bars and local restaurants, bakeries, fruit and vegetable stores, etc. The beautiful boutiques and splendid shopping areas of the pedestrian zone of Nice are a short stroll away, as is Old Nice with its fine dining and weekly outdoor markets.

The property is available all year round and the rentals are as follows:

Low Season (January, February, March, November & December)
540 Euros per week

Mid Season (April, May and October)  
590 Euros per week

High Season (June, July, August and September)
660 Euros per week

Sheets, towels and linens weekly for 2 people, 40 euros, 3 people 60 euros - 4 people 80 euros.
For bookings of more than seven days linens will be changed weekly e.g. 2 weeks for two people 80 euros, 3 people 120 euros, 4 people 160 euros.
For the key charge for any late arrivals there is a fee of 60 euros.
For cleaning of the apartment upon departure 30 euros
All other incidentals such as gas, electricity, water and the use of the air conditioning are included in the price of the weekly rental.
